Beacon Collision Center operates from a 24,000-square-foot, late-model facility spanning more than 4 acres. The operation is recognized as one of the region’s premier full-service collision centers, featuring modern equipment, a trained workforce, and a high-capacity layout designed to support today’s repair volume and OEM certification requirements.

Melton Advisors served as an advisor to the seller, providing guidance on transaction structure, real estate considerations, and transition planning.

The Youngstown facility offered flexibility across multiple ownership and capital scenarios, including business sales, real estate dispositions, and long-term net-lease alternatives. The seller was also open to employee retention and continuity, supporting a smooth operational transition following closing.
